How Arby's Loaded Rewards Works
Loaded Rewards is Arby's points program. Members earn 10 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases and can use up to 5 rewards and 1 offer on one order. Points expire after 1 year, and a reward expires 60 days after you redeem it. Arby's moved existing members to Loaded Rewards automatically on 8/24/2026, and new accounts get a welcome offer.
Changed your phone number or email? Arby's says loyalty points are never deleted when you update your contact details. A reward you no longer want can be refunded back to points from View Details in My Rewards or My Code.
How to Order Pickup in the Arby's App
Pick a location, select Pickup, open the Menu, tap ADD TO BAG on each item and then CHECKOUT NOW. Save a card under Profile & Settings and Payment Methods, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay when your phone wallet has a card. Pickup orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, so check the bag first.
How to Use Rewards in the Restaurant
At the counter or drive thru, open Rewards, pick a reward or offer, tap Redeem and choose In-Store. The app shows a 6 digit code under My Code, valid for 15 minutes. Read it to the cashier before you pay. For weekly offers and promo codes, see the Arby's coupons guide.
