What we collect
Comments you choose to post, the name you type with a comment, and standard server logs from our host.
What we do not
No accounts, no passwords, no payment details. We do not sell personal information.

Post without a name, clear your browser storage, opt out of personalized ads, or ask us to remove a comment.
Who We Are
AbysMenu.us is an independent information site about the Arby's menu, prices and locations. Independent site. Not affiliated with Arby's or Inspire Brands. You can reach us at [email protected] or through the contact page.
Comments
When you post a comment, we store the text, the name you entered (or "Guest"), the page and the time. These are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and shown publicly on the site. We do not ask for or store your email address with a comment. Do not include personal details in a comment that you do not want published.
Comments appear right away. We remove comments that are spam, abusive, unlawful or that share someone's private information, and we remove your own comment on request if you tell us the page, the text and the time you posted it.
Browser Storage
The site saves a few small values in your browser's local storage to make features work: the time of your last comment (a short pause between posts) and your progress on recipe and meal planner pages. These values stay on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Spam Protection
Comment and contact forms load Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that helps tell people from automated bots. Turnstile can process information about your browser and connection as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Advertising and Cookies
We plan to show ads through Google AdSense to cover the cost of running the site. When ads are active, Google and its partners can use cookies or similar technology to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ad Settings, and you can learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Visitors in some US states have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising; Google's ad settings and your browser's privacy controls apply that choice.
Analytics and Server Logs
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and performance. If we add a visitor analytics tool later, we will list it on this page before it goes live.
Maps and Outside Links
The store locator loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address when the map loads. Directions links open Google Maps. Links to Arby's and other sites leave AbysMenu.us, and those sites have their own privacy policies.
Children
The site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has posted personal information in a comment, contact us and we will remove it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Since we do not run accounts, the main information we hold is comments; email [email protected] with the details of the comment and we will act within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how the site handles information, we update this page and its effective date. Effective date: October 2026.
